III THEORY AND PRACTICE OF TEAM PSYCHOLOGY
PART I THEORY: THE SIXTEEN LAWS OF TEAM PSYCHOLOGY (BOOK)
The theoretical segment will examine the Dynamics of Teams and the Sixteen Laws of Team Psychology text. This is a Theoretical Seminar where the Laws will be discussed with the members giving examples from their work.
PART II PRACTICAL
The Practical segment includes Supervision work, Reconstructions and Conflict Resolution Sessions where members can present real-life cases, problems and pressures in situation of one-to-one, teams, hierarchies, interpersonal and inter-team situations to find new ways of creating optimum momentum and converting conflict to positive outcome.
Physical Structures may be created in the Action Seminar to replicate or to accurately symbolise the conflict under discussion. The Theory is made substance by the presence and safe re-enactment of group members to slow-motion or otherwise re-enact problems and aim at positive resolutions.
