Team Psychology and Corporate Strategy has been helping teams and corporations succeed since 1978 utilising orthodox as well as modern methods, improvised techniques and tactics.
Director Simon Meyerson has worked with over 80 players and managers in the Premiership Division and about 60 players in the lower divisions as well as international players. Past clients have included Dave Bassett, Vinnie Jones, John Salako, Nigel Martin, Gareth Southgate, Alan Smith, Iain Dowie and Chris Coleman.
Alma Thomas, Alma Thomas BA, MSc. M.Phil is a world-leading Sports Psychologist and Performance Enhancement Consultant. Team Psychologist to British Rugby Union and Rugby League Teams. An Olympic Silver Medal winner, she has been Performance Psychologist to the British Track team at three Olympic Games and World and European Championships. Alma’s work has covered assignments with elite performers in all fields: actors, dancers, musicians, singers (e.g. at the New York Metropolitan Opera House working with stars such as Pavarotti). Author of books on Performance Enhancement. Team Psychology and Corporate Strategy offers a number of workshops either off the shelf (like Team Dynamics and Galvanisation Tactics) but also co-operating with the client to create a jointly designed programme.
Our work aims to creatively release and galvanise the Collective Energy, Enthusiasm and Ingenuity – Known and Unknown – of those involved .
